Ok, almost all of us go shopping (very) frequently to Zara. But beyond Inditex, which is definitely one of our favourite low cost fashion groups, there are quite a lot of traditional and new Made in Spain labels you should know about.

Everyday more and more Spanish young fashion designers and labels achieve success in the global fashion industry. Even if our Fashion Week is not one of the most popular ones around the world, many International celebrities embrace the Spanish savoir faire and fashion style.

But, to shop Made in Spain clothes is not longer just about style or trends but it is also about quality and sustainability! It is important to know that shopping Made in Spain clothes helps improving the economy and the textile industry of our Country. Do you need more incentives to consume Spanish fashion?

These are the 5 Spanish (and different) clothing and accessories labels you must know if you want to be up to date:

1. Tita Madrid:

Tita Madrid is the trendiest bags label right now in Spain. The brand was founded in 2013 by Jorge and Manuel Redondo and some of the most popular celebrities and influencers are already wearing their bags (even the Queen Leticia is wearing Tita Madrid´s bags for her public events!) We absolutely love the style of these iconic bags made in bright and block colours and geometrical shapes. Tita Madrid bags are just perfect for funny and optimist women who love to add a touch of colour with their accessories!

2. Palomo Spain

Palomo Spain is probably the most ground-breaking and innovative label in Spain right now. The designer Alejandro Gómez Palomo designs unisex high fashion clothes that are suitable both for men and women and that are showcased on masculine models! He is one of the most recent additions to MBFW Madrid and his original and unique clothes are known worldwide! (Miley Cyrus and Beyonce are just some of the celebrities wearing Palomo Spain)

3. Silvia Godino

It is not the first time we tell you about this Spanish label (actually, we offered you the opportunity to win a Silvia Godino´s voucher in one of our last giveaways!)Designer Silvia Godino aims to dress urban-chic women. Most unique about this brand is that they produce every item in Spain and following handcrafted processes! If you are looking for elegant and modern clothes to wear in your day-a-day, Silvia Godino will become your reference brand!

We discovered this brand thanks to Instagram as many of our favourite Spanish instagrammers are in love with this new Made in Spain label! The brand Sophie and Lucie is specialised in dresses and jumpsuits (among others) made for special occasions: work events, weddings, etc. If you don´t want to look overdressed and you love contemporary, minimal and casual clothes, This will become your new favourite label for special occasions!
