Some weeks ago we told you about 5 fashion designers from Madrid, who are specially known for their fashion shows at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week shows in Madrid. Today we add 5 more  “Fashion designers made in Madrid” to the list. These five designers have created a buzz during the last years (even if some of them started their fashion career long before), as they offer new possibilities and bring new airs to our fashionista´s wardrobes while they keep their Madrid identity. Let´s get started!:

1.- Miguel Marinero: even if this Madrid-born fashion designer has been creating eclectic collections for more than forty years, it was in 2007 when he started showcasing his collections at the MBFW Madrid. His fashion designs, which are luxurious and feminine, always have something in common: almost all his garments are made of fur! Marinero is aware that working with fur and leather is quite polemic inside the fashion industry. However, some of the biggest and most talented designers have always defended this material. Therefore, fur is now Marinero´s identity mark and it reflects his own personal style. If you are looking for quality, sophisticated clothes made of leather, you should keep an eye on Miguel Marinero´s collections.

2.- Isabel Núñez: This young fashion designer has become a reference for bridal fashion in Spain in just four years. Many bloggers and it-girls choose Núñez designs to attend special events or ceremonies.

It was in 2013 when she created her own fashion firm Inuñez Fashion Design, and when she opened her high-luxury atelier for bridal fashion in Madrid. Furthermore, she was awarded with the tittle of Best Young Designer of Madrid in 2010.

If you need an original, sophisticated and individual garment to attend a wedding or a special ocassion this summer, you should pass by her atelier!

3.- Julieta Álvarez: ceramics and gold are Julieta Álvarez´s favourite materials to create her exclusive and luxurious jewellery collections. Julieta´s accessories and jewels are also very important inside the MBFW Madrid: many important fashion designers, such as Ángel Schlesser, have chosen Julieta´s jewels to complete their fashion designs at the catwalk!

As you already know jewels and accessories are usually as important as clothes themselves to get the perfect look, especially when they are original and statement pieces! That is something Julieta Alvarez knows and that is why all her pieces are one of a kind and handmade!

4.- Juan Carlos Rodríguez Morante: within very few years, Morante has become one of the most promising fashion designers in Spain and worldwide! Even if he has worked for other important designers, he is now focused on designing for his own label “Morante”.

Morante´s style is a perfect combination between modernism and classicism, and the most demanded pieces of his collections are always jackets. In fact, many important celebrities choose Morante´s jackets to attend some of the trendiest parties in the Spanish capital!

5.- Juan Carlos Pajares: He was born in Guadalajara, but his brand was founded in Madrid. Even if he is just 22 years old, he has already developed two successful fashion collections. Pajares, as many other fashion designers in Spain, started designing for the MBFW Madrid EGO platform, which is considered to be the place where big talents of fashion and design are born.

Many Spanish celebs choose Pajares´ garments, which are extremely modern and innovative, to attend events and to pose at the most fashionable photo calls!
